Nimat Shakoor-Grantham, Code Enforcement Manager invites you to attend a Code Enforcement Community meeting to learn more about the Code Enforcement process and discuss issues that affect the quality of life in your neighborhood.

6/10/12 -- Sunshine and balmy weather were ideal for the annual Pride Picnic held in Vallejo's City Park today. The event was well attended. Gay folks, straight folks, dogs and kids plus sunshine and free food made for a pleasant afternoon. There were even a number of councilmembers and other dignitaries in attendance.

Only to stop any speculation or negative remarks as to why Katy Miessner was not present at the Pride Picnic -- she is on vacation out of town.

Little Dickie is a scared little man ****ed he had to move back to Vallejo. Wwwhhhaaaaaaaa.

by your arguments, twice, Hannigan would lose votes by those who may have voted for her in the past because of their bigotry against the gay and lesbian community.

Having a photo op at the "enemy" camp is hardly trolling. People change. I don't personally know any of public officials at the picnic or their associations. Who spoke out against Osby's stupidity in the media?

avatar Its probably Dick Friedman, has anyone else noticed how angry he has become since the GOB lost the council majority.

i have thought about it. it was the sixth or seventh time for the event. erin picked her side when she endorsed osby over gary and then defended osby's comments in the NYT. she NEVER spoke out against homophobia. she is friends with danny jefferson, a dominionist and one of the most rabid homophobes i've ever met. think about it? you need to think about your decision to support someone like erin. tony is definately the lesser of two evils.

IF Hannigan was trolling for votes, she should have went straight to Kondylis and Miessner. Agree it didn't look good for here to be there. This is why someone said Miessner is the kingmaker for the runoff. BTW, neither Kondylis or Miessner in the photos, not there? Interesting.

Actually, if neither Intintoli or Hannigan have gone to the picnics before, I respect Intintoli for not coming. Hannigan was blatantly trolling for votes and it was disrespectful.

Hannigan made her choice. She supported Osby against Gary and stood by Osby and Wilson in the NY Times "gays are going to hell" episode. She doesn't belong in this crowd and was too arrogant to realize it.

Jess Malgapo would replace Hannigan if she won (which she won't). He's Hermie's pal (seemed to be equal in intelligence), Hannigan was running him all around cmpaigning for him last year, Osby supported him and he's union bought and sold. 'Nuf said.

who would be Hannigans replacement?
Why   |June.11.2012
Why does someone keep posting a reference to what is in the T-H on this site? If we wanted to read the T-H we know how to go to that site. Is it someone from the paper posting it?
Mousy   |June.11.2012
Intintoli doesn't think any Vallejoan's are worth his time. He's running on his name and half-heartedly campaigning, if at all. He doesn't care enough any more to give it his all. But he's still willing to put in for that 6 figure supervisor paycheck.

Given a choice between the two I'd still pick Intintoli. Mainly because he scares me less than Hannigan's replacement on the City of Vallejo's council.

Isn't it only the third one? Give her credit for at least trying. So who wants Intintoli and where was he? I guess maybe he figures the LGBT vote is not worth his time. You can't ask for acceptance and then pick and choose who is allowed to participate.

I'm not gay, but Hannigan showed a lot of character showing up and partipating for around 50 people. Think about it.

yes, hannigan came for the first time. she was foolishly trolling for votes. i hope no one was taken in by her visit.
Anonymous   |June.11.2012
is that Hannigan?

Yes, only those of us going to the everlasting lake of fire were invited. That's why it was so damn FUN!!!
