Definitely scary. I didn't get to see the young Nichelini, probably because I've criticized him and his father heavily for nepotism already, and every cop in there knew I had been attending City Council sessions. They even tried to intimidate me into agreeing that they were very fair in their treatment of us, after berating us, abusing us both mentally and emotionally, and asking us, repeatedly, the same questions in the hope that we would give the answer they were waiting for. They then took a patients private property, refused to return it, even though it was not listed in any search warrant
(no it wasn't medicine, it was a cell phone), and proceeded to refuse to return it, and intimidate the patient into signing some form that they did not explain to him and that he did not understand. The icing on the cake, is the voter registration tampering that went on after they put rubber gloves over every camera in the building, destroyed the ceiling tiles while dismantling the DVR recorder, and then proceeded to rip up SEALED voter registration forms! Come hear all about it at city council on Tuesday.

whether it's raids on marijuana coops, or riding through the park on horses (since discontinued) , VPD always seems to find a way to duck out of their primary mission- PATROL!
patients own   |June.24.2012
already been said. patients own. police in vallejo are angry, insecure, sloppy, wanna-be action heroes. they were bumping into each other the whole raid like a bunch of out-of-shape chimps. the young nichollini looked coked out and had mood swings the whole raid, so i think i know whats up with him. come out of the closet. all your fellow officers are waiting for you.
Murder Tonight?   |June.23.2012
Meanwhile, it's Saturday, and this taxpayer can be assured that there'll be gunfire tonight. Already lots of sirens out there. Too bad about the officer in the second frame, he's none to happy about HIS mug shot being taken. Oh well! Freedom sucks, doesn't it! But there's something wrong with all the cops in these pictures, their shirts are supposed to be brown....

This means the library building is going to be stinking again.

avatar I guess this is the Chiefys way to give us the finger before he rides off in the cloudy murky history of underwhelming legacy of self service.

Just when I thought Vallejo's image around the Bay Area couldn't get any lower, our righteous city council, mayor, and city manager promote a Nazi approach to a social problem. At least our friends around the Bay get some laughs. It's not so funny if you live here. Love, Jim

"The young kid" was just that: an underage person caught where he shouldn't be. Drug dealer? This isn't a Mexican cartel, it's a cooperative. No "drug running" is involved in these facilities. Rather, the plants are grown and harvested by members of the cooperative.

On another topic, did I count 7 or 8 VPD on this raid? Weren't there vagrants, prostitutes, street drug dealers, public drunks, speeders, parole violators, or other more offensive and certainly far more dangerous criminals to pursue? Unbelievable.
Woo is the owner   |June.22.2012
Anyone know who is the boss/owner behind this operation?

Is the young kid with gold chain the manager? I am sorry to say, but the picture reminded me of those young under-age runner for the drug dealer. Those young people was not paid much to get their head chopped and reputation destroyed while the big boss is behind the curtain.
