"This is really a scam."

Danny Vito is a former member of the H. Martin Foundation (HMF) inner circle.  He was involved with HMF for approximately two years and served as driver and bodyguard to Flor Lat Villapando--The H. Martin Foundation "World Vice Chair".

Danny left the organization when it became clear to him that the H. Martin Foundation was a complete scam whose purpose was to deceive victims and separate them from their money.  The H. Martin Foundation has made considerable efforts to establish themselves in Vallejo.

Danny is one of the many victims who wanted to be part of something good, and to help others.  Instead he lost money and time to the machinations of the H. Martin Foundation.  Here are a few words of warning from him.

Inigo Montoya   |August.19.2010 Mr. Velasco, the "old man" is supposed to be the owner of trillions of dollars in assets that he inherited from his father, the Sultan of Bogor. Why is his property now in pre-foreclosure? Where are his assets of legendary magnitude? Do people out there still believe in this scam? Unfortunately, Flor still has some loyal followers here in the US.

Joseph Velasco   |July.17.2010 here in the philippines, the h.martin foundation, thru Irenceo Villapando,duped so many people into contributing money, time, or skills and be able "to get substantial monetary rewards later". not a few "volunteers" were sweet-talked by Ireneo to leave their gainful employment to devote their time and energy on hmf as "the funds are forthcoming anytime and start full operation". but nothing happened except for the eventual break-up between the so-called BIG 4 and Ireneo,wherein martin hornido reportedly sided with the big 4. but the latter also broke up coz one of them allegedly defrauded mr. martin of a big sum, borrowed from a local bank secured by his property, which is reportedly about to be foreclosed now. will anyone help the old man in his present misery? he is a good man but being deceived and manipulated by his so-called "trustees.

Anonymous   |February.02.2010 A BIG BIG GLOBAL thank you needs to go out to Marc and Jim and the "behind the scenes" people, including Danny!--some at great risk--for blowing wide open, the scam that is H.Martin Foundation! When H Martin came to town, a google search revealed virtually nothing! Now there is such a cadre of damning research that I think H Martin must go underground. Unfortunately, blatant criminals such as they are will morph into something else, but if they do, at least there is a safe place, VIB, for informers to send new H Martin/Flor/Papa Eddy activities. And Rey Bernardes? Hermie? Osby? COWARDS! (lets hide our heads in the sand, maybe they'll go away: NOT)

I know it is not easy for you or for anyone to acknowledge being scammed, and to come out in the open to warn others. If it prevents just one more person from getting swindled, your sacrifice is worth it. If it opens the floodgates for other victims to come forward, it will definitely help any ongoing L.E. investigations.

CRRAAAZY   |February.02.2010 I don't think Hermie can tie his own shoes let alone recognize a scam. The Mayor is just as clueless. The Pastor either needs to admit these people took advantage of and misled him or continue to support them so we can see he is just as liable as they are. I am not holding my breath on any of these folks getting a clue any time soon.

Anon   |February.02.2010 Jihn K What is more shameful is that Davis and Sunga won't distant themselves from the HMF because they want to protect Rev Bernades. Sunga could do a great public service by letting the Filipino community know about this scam.Instead he is quieter than a manila clam.

John K   |February.02.2010 Thank you, Danny. People can learn from your warning and from the disclosure of the H Martin Foundation scam. It's disturbing to think that Vallejo's Mayor Davis and Vice Mayor Sunga participated in meetings with the scammers, giving them false credibility.
