| Monday, December 10, 2007 Media Advisory Vallejo Mayor Candidate Finds Ballot Recount Irregularities, Seeks Legal Action A press conference will be held at 4 p.m. today, Monday, Dec. 10, on the steps of City Hall at 555 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo, California by Mayor Gary Cloutier. Cloutier will announce that he is asking Solano County not to validate the Vallejo Mayor's election recount results and will seek a Temporary Restraining Order from the Court to prevent the recount election results from being certified because of irregularities as well as a ballot found in a garbage can in the Vallejo Registrar of Voters Office. Cloutier was initially found to be the winner of the campaign for Vallejo Mayor and was sworn into office on December 4, 2007.
