So, Here's the second installment:

Tom Hannigan and Terry Curtola were old school buddies from St. Vincents.  Both went into politics.  Terry later became the mentor for Kurt Henke who has been extremely active in identifying and supporting candidates for Council and Mayoral elections in Vallejo so as to promote the interests of the firefighters' union.  Here comes Tom Hannigan's daughter (Erin Hannigan) a political novice and life long union supporter and, voila!! She is a candidate being supported by the firefighters union. How's that for an independent candidate?

So, it seems that sometimes even a woman can perpetuate the "Old Boys' Network".  

Do we want a prodigy of Kurt Henke and The Fire Union on OUR City Council?  Considering what they have put us through...I should say not!!
