The Captain has pulled a lot of ropes and tied many a fine knot aboard ship in his day.   He can tell when someone is pulling the strings and trying to tie us in knots. Who is the puppet and who is the master? The Captain knows. Aargh!!

 

Pam Pitts who is running for Mayor is another puppet of Kurt Henke. When the City Council was conducting interviews for City Manager about four years ago one candidate's resume was purposefully held back from the council because of Pitts reputation for giving Henke a copy of candidates resumes so he could talk to his counterparts in other parts of the state. These resumes were supposed to be held in confidence pending completion of the interviews.

 

In more than one interview Pitts did her best to derail a candidate's chances because Henke didn't approve of the candidate.

 

Then there's the budget session of the Council two years ago when Pitts was in her last few months in office. Pitts, Bartee and Davis were not in their chairs. All three were in the parking lot meeting with Henke. The three of them came in the back door while Henke came in the front door after keeping the public waiting. That is the same meeting where Don Parker, Vallejo's eloquent Fire Chief and Henke puppet was rightly grilled about union business leave and the Grand Jury report which he continues to ignore.

 

Pam, your website says that you were responsible for 300 jobs coming to Vallejo with the State Farm Claim Center. Erin Hannigan makes the same claim but says she brought 200 jobs to Vallejo. So, as we said to Erin, "if you say it, prove it". Was it you or Erin or neither of you and was it 200 or 300?

 

We note that you had a notice of default filed on your residence back in February and July 2004. And all this while ALLEGEDLY running a multi-million dollar Vallejo business??? It sounds like you had problems with your own finances---and you want to handle ours???        No thanks Mrs. Pitts.!!!!
