7/5/13 -- Here are some images from Vallejo's Independence Day Parade. It's always a slice of classic Americana with a healthy dollup or diversity.

All in all, yesterday was a marvelous day in V-Town. Went to the parade, then went out to Wilson Field to take in a little baseball and watch the Admirals WIN followed by a GREAT FIREWORKS DISPLAY viewed from a prime location on Mare Island!!

July 4 always makes me feel good about our community.

And a special thanks goes out to Gracie's Barbecue, Victory Army Navy, A-1 Heating and AC and Team Chevrolet and all the just regular folks who donated to make this year's fireworks display possible!!

Viva Vallejo!!
