Angelo loves a parade and all that goes  with it. This year's Mad Hatter was bigger and better than ever...even if a bit frosty! Fortunately, all the culinary delights at festivities Angelo attends year round allows him to build up a layer of insulation by the time winter rolls around!! He wasn't cold at all.
