In the spirit of Ron DeLord's "Circle the Wagon's" article in American Police Beat the local  Police Unions in Monrovia CA have posted a billboard at the entrance to that city proclaiming that that there is "Higher Violent Crime" "Fewer Officers Patrolling" and blaming the City Manager and City Council.  Sounds familiar doesn't it?  Same bull**** different city--Coming to you soon--if it hasn't already !!!  Link to video below:
