April 3, 2010--Vallejo Waterfront

A group of gun activists held an "Open Carry" rally and barbecue at the Vallejo Waterfront.

While legal, the act of openly carrying a firearm is controversial.  Most open carry activists hope to achieve the goal of concealed firearm carry rights for everyone. But will it stem violence? or add to it?
