4/20/12 – Vallejo police raided Life Enhancement Services (LES) medical cannabis collective at 650 Benicia Road in Vallejo at approximately 4 PM today. Collective manager Robert Matney was arrested and police removed, apparently, product as well as computers etc. April 20 and/or 4:20 is considered to be a day and or time dedicated to pot smoking by those hip to cannabis culture (?) LINK Today, Ozcat Radio on Georgia St. also held a fundraiser for Matt Shotwell, former owner of Greenwell Medical Marijuana Collective (raided in February)
