Is a charity fund raiser a "Commercial enterprise"? Illegal taking? Did they use a net? Is there a rule what "co workers" can pay for? It'd be the same if it was spaghetti. They should never go out of their way again. A KMA fund raiser.....maybe

oh yea the Abalone thing do you mean the illegal taking of Abalone for a Commercial enterprise ? a dirrect violation of State law ! while done on

You'd prefer they work for free than put on a fund raiser? If I were them I would laugh directly in your face. However, after all the krap heaped upon them for their past fund raising efforts I'd expect them to reluctantly consider any request to put on a fund raiser of ANY type (crab, spaghetti, abalone, raffle......anything). Maybe a KMA fund raiser?
