Fishing with Reggie

2/2/14 -- Reggie is a regular feature at the Vallejo waterfront. He is there fishing more often than not at the corner railing closest to the bait shop and boat launch.

Always ready to share his wit and wisdom, and to do battle with the deep, Reggie is a little bit Local Hero, a little bit Old Man and the Sea and very much Master and Commander of his little patch of waterfront.
