Vote on City Manager's Contract to go Forward
2/24/09 By Marc Garman
5:15 PM Vallejo City Hall-- The proposed performance evaluation for Vallejo City Manager Joe Tanner, scheduled for the closed session prior to tonight's City Council meeting has been pulled. The vote on Tanner's contract is still scheduled to go forward. Apparently, the evaluation is not a legal requirement in the decision as to whether or not to continue Tanner's contract. Full update on the vote if it goes forward.
P.S. Word is that the boiler is out in City Hall so bring your jacket...it's sure to be a long cold night...but then again, the rhetoric may generate enough heat to keep things TOASTY. See you there.
